FAQS

I don't know what size to pick!

For the most accurate fit, grab a piece of string and measure around your dog's neck, allowing a couple of fingers extra width.

If you are between sizes, we would generally recommend sizing up for comfortability.

Otherwise, shoot us a message and we would be happy to help find the best fit for your furry friend!

Is my collar waterproof?

Although our collars are water resistant, they are not waterproof.

As much as we love going for a dip, it is best to remove your collar before swimming or bathing.

But don't stress- accidents happen!

Gently dab your collar dry and grab your leather conditioner to restore any lost natural oils and to avoid cracking. (But try not to make a habit of it!)

Tips and tricks

As your new collar is made from genuine leather, it may be a bit stiff to work with at the start- but don't worry! If you are having trouble buckling your collar, some gentle bending might help, but know that your collar will soften over time and become easier to put on and remove, we promise!

To get the most out of your new purchase, think of it as a piece of jewellery for your dog. It is recommended to follow the care instructions provided, to store out of direct sunlight when not using, and to use a leather conditioner every couple of months to help retain the natural oils.

It might go without saying, but if you have any house alligators around who love chewing, it may be best to store your collar out of reach when not using- to avoid any accidental ingestions!

Shipping

All domestic orders will be sent via a local postal service.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order and an additional 5-7 days for shipping itself.

If an item is being hand-made to order, please allow additional time for this.

Do you offer refunds?

If you find your collar doesn't quite fit, that's ok!

Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer a 30 day exchange policy/ warranty on full priced items only.

Send us a message with your proof of purchase or order number and we can start the return process.

We are happy to exchange for a more appropriate fit assuming that the collar is in the same original condition with original packaging, and has been unworn by your pooch.

Return shipping will be at the buyers expense, along with any customs charges, govt taxes and duties that may arise.
